Regolamento:

La manifestazione comprende i seguenti tornei:

Magistrale

Turni 9 - Sistema Svizzero - 2 ore per 40 mosse, 20 mosse per ogni ora successiva: controllo alla 40ª, 60ª, 80ª. Sospensione dopo 6 ore di gioco. La ripresa avverrà alle 21.45 del giorno stesso per un massimo di 1 ora per 20 mosse + 30 minuti Quick Play Finish. Le partite dell'ultimo turno saranno giocate senza la sospensione.

Altri tornei

Turni 8 - Sistema Italo Svizzero - 2 ore per 40 mosse + 1 ora Quick Play Finish.

Partecipazione

Possono partecipare giocatori italiani e stranieri. Tutti i giocatori italiani e stranieri residenti in Italia devono essere in possesso della tessera agonistica 2002. Non sarà effettuato tesseramento in sede di torneo. I giocatori stranieri non in lista FIDE devono esibire un documento della propria federazione attestante la forza di gioco.

Contributo organizzativo: € 57,00 (€ 35,00 per donne e partecipanti al Torneo Di Promozione, € 25,00 per gli juniores: nati dopo il 31-12-85) con preiscriozione entro il 17-08-2002, oltre tale data supplemento di € 10,00. Iscrizione gratuita per GM, MI e MF. Le iscrizioni potranno avvenire presso la sede di gioco. Le iscrizioni saranno accettate sino al termine massimo dell'orario di sorteggio dei turni, subordinatamente alla disponibilità di spazio e materiale.

AVVERTENZE

Per quanto non contemplato dal presente bando valgono le norme del Regolamento Internazionale della FIDE e del Regolamento Tecnico della FSI vigenti al momento dello svolgimento dei tornei. L'iscrizione alla manifestazione comporta l'accettazione totale ed incondizionata di quanto esposto nel presente bando. L'organizzazione si riserva di apportare modifiche che si rendessero necessarie per il buon esito della manifestazione o per motivi di forza maggiore.

E TENERE ACCESO TELEFONI CELLULARI.

Regulation:

The International Chess Festival includes the following tournaments:

Master Open

9 Rounds - Swiss System - Each player has 2 hours for 40 moves, then 20 moves every hour afterwards. Time control is on move 40, 60 and 80. The game will be adjourned after 6 hours of play and resumed on the same day at 21.45 with the following time control: 1 hour for 20 moves + 30 minutes Quick Play Finish. The last round will be played without adjournment.

Others tournaments

8 Rounds - Italo Swiss System - Time: 40 moves in 2 hours + 1 hour Quick Play Finish.

Partecipation

Both italian and foreign players can take part at the tournament. The foreign players who are not in the FIDE list have to exhibit a document of their chess federation attesting their game strength.

Achievement and variations of FIDE ELO and FIDE TITLES

As from FIDE normative

ATTN. In case of equal standings in order to determinate the final classification it will be used the italian variation of the Bucholz System.

REGISTRATION

Organizational contribution: € 57,00 (€ 35,00 for women and players of the Promotion Tournament, € 25,00 for the juniors born after the 31-12-85). Free registration for GM, IM, FM. The registration will be accepted till the final term that is the drawing of the first round, subordinated to the availability of room and material.

NOTE

For what is not considered in this regulation-notice are valid the norms of the FIDE International Regulations in force during the tournaments. The registration to the tournament involves the total and unconditioned acceptance of the rules of this notice. The organization reserves itself the right to introduce changes that could be useful for the success of the chess festival or in case of uncontrollable events.

IN THE PLAYING HALL: SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED

AND MOBILE PHONES MUST BE SWITHCED OFF.

IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO BRING PALMTOP COMPUTERS

INTO THE PLAYING AREA.
